What is your candidate guarantee?

We believe our guarantees are amongst the best in the business. The guarantee you receive depends on the type of search we perform for you.

At the executive level (e.g. Corporate, VP, and Director), we perform an ITeego ES search and our guarantee is twelve (12) months. At the management, team lead and architect levels, we perform an ITeego LS search and our guarantee is nine (9) months. At the direct contributor level (e.g. Developer, Analyst, Designer, Support, etc.), we perform an ITeego PS search and our guarantee is six (6) months.
