Career Confidant

ITeego's Talent First Recruiting&trade is founded on the notion that recruiting success is predicated on the quality of the candidate experience. That means marketing the right opportunity to the right candidate at the right time. In order to successfully do so, the recruiting relationship is approached from a career confidant angle. With Talent First Recruiting&trade, the recruiter is analogous to a talent agent in professional sports. We want to be a partner in your success by being your trusted career confidant.

While we work extensively with active candidates, our Career Confidant program is exclusively aimed at passive candidates who require complete confidentiality in their job search. To qualify for this program you must meet the following criteria:

  • You're specialized in web technology
  • You're at an executive, manager, or senior developer career level
  • You're permanently employed
  • Your base salary is at least $100,000 a year
  • Your resume is not posted online
  • You're a proven high achiever
  • You're ready to make a strategic career move
  • You require complete confidentiality

Our Commitment

We will research companies that meet your requirements for a strategic move career move. We will only present you, in complete confidentiality, to companies with your approval. We will present you in a positive light, schedule interviews, and take care of all the associated details.

We will help you fine-tune your resume for every opportunity we submit you for. We will thoroughly prep you for the interviews. We'll educate you about the hiring manager, the company, the role, and what constitutes success in the role. We will debrief you after interviews, and openly and honestly address any concerns the company might have with your candidacy.

We will help to negotiate a strong compensation and benefits package that is a win-win situation. We will walk you through the resignation process and prep you for the counteroffer.

After you start your new job, we will stay in touch. If at any time you have any issue, no matter how small, we will work together with you and the hiring manager to resolve it.

Finally, there is never any financial commitment from you to benefit from our services.

Your Commitment

You agree to be as flexible as possible with your schedule for interviews and setting aside time to speak with us. Since you have our commitment to openness and honesty at every stage of the process, you promise the same in return to us. If you ever have any questions of concerns, you agree to bring them to our attention immediately.

If at anytime in the process your interest level wanes, you will let us know. If you are considering another opportunity, you will let us know.

You understand that an exclusive relationship with you is our ultimate goal. You agree that as long as we continue to deliver the right opportunities you will remain committed to us without engaging other recruiters or sending your resume anywhere. If there is a company you are interested in you will inform us so that we can confidentially approach them on your behalf.

Finally, you appreciate that in order for us to succeed together, we need to be able to work closely together and to trust one another completely.
